The Solano-Napa JATC is a jointly sponsored program of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 180 and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). Since our founding, we’ve trained hundreds of highly skilled electricians serving Solano and Napa Counties. Our state and federally certified facility in Napa features modern classrooms, a professional computer lab, and a full hands-on shop — everything you need to become a world-class electrician.
